This voucher may be exchanged for goods or services as specified, or to the value shown permitting the voucher is valid as detailed on the voucher front. Only the original, unaltered voucher will be accepted, this must be presented at reception on arrival. This voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, exchanged for another voucher, replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. We operate a 7 Day cancellation policy for Spa packages and Facility use, and a 48 hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any Treatments or Spa Packages cancelled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full
